Jon Ramage

Jon has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications. He started out client side in PR at Auckland Council and then Telecom, before switching to agency land working for O&M Direct, Ogilvy, Colenso BBDO and most recently Y&R.

While GM at Colenso BBDO, the agency won NBR and Campaign Brief Agency of the Year three years in a row. As CEO at Y&R Group he was a finalist for CAANZ CEO of the Year in 2008 and won Agency of the Year in 2009.
His experience covers pretty much every category. Including work on brands such as Telecom, Bank of New Zealand, Air New Zealand, BMW, MINI, Tip Top Ice Cream, Tourism Australia, Burger King, Arnott’s, Microsoft, AVIS Budget, Fairfax, LG and Vector .
.Jon also has extensive experience in retail strategy working with Noel Leeming, Bond & Bond, Liquorland, Animates and Beds R Us. He has embraced digital and social media by finding ways to build brands and engage consumers through non-traditional channels.
Jon was Vice-President of CAANZ (Communications Agencies Association of NZ) for three years. He has recently been appointed to the Board of UNICEF NZ and to the Board of Stonyridge Vineyard. 
Jacqui Ansin

Jacqui has over 20 years public relations, marketing and media experience working on many of New Zealand’s leading brands. She has been responsible for numerous successful campaigns and product launches spanning fashion, consumer services to FMCG.

Jacqui launched Lily & Louis six years ago with an innovative approach to PR. The agency has experienced rapid growth adding major brands to its stable and built a highly talented team of experienced PR operators.
Jacqui has worked inside leading agencies including Publicis Mojo, McCann Erickson and Campaign Palace. She has a passion for fashion, design and brand presentation.
Jacqui’s skill lies in looking for every opportunity for brands to be showcased and experienced in order that they engage with both consumers and media.
Jacqui is passionate about representing brands in the best light possible and using her extensive media relationships to get her client’s stories told in the most effective way.

Simone Kerr

Simone began her career in publishing at Penguin London, and since has spent a decade planning, developing, and activating strategic campaigns in New Zealand and abroad.

Simone’s extensive background in publicity and communications, together with excellent project management skills, enables her to deliver successful campaigns, both above and below the line. Simone’s mission is to create innovative brand solutions that will drive audience participation and create real value for clients. Outside of work Simone is an avid reader, decent cook, terrible surfer, and novice sailor.

Golnaz Bassam-Tabar

Golnaz has an extensive journalism background, spanning print, radio and television, over a decade. She has reported from hotspots around the world including the Middle East and has also worked as a foreign correspondent for an international news network in Australia.

She’s a well-regarded media analyst on international politics and is a regular commentator on Radio New Zealand’s The Panel, with Jim Mora.

A strong relationship builder, frequently seen in newsrooms across the networks, Golnaz has established an impressive list of connections nationally, including editors, journalists, producers and senior management.

Returning from overseas three years ago, Golnaz moved into corporate communications management in the property sector, expanding her commercial experience across public relations strategy, strategic planning and implementation for both traditional and digital media, including monitoring, reporting and change management. She also played an integral role in planning and executing high profile corporate events within that sector.

Golnaz’s true passion however, lies in social media where she can combine her sharp eye for an angle, with commercial savvy, to generate thought provoking, intelligent and on the pulse content, cutting through the noise to create buzz and interest. This is complemented with extensive knowledge and experience of content curation and video production, creating an ideal social media synergy.

A natural relationship builder, Golnaz has a knack for creating client focused solutions, bringing all her skills together to showcase brands and products in the best possible way.

Delilah Southon

Delilah began her career as a Magazine Editor, and has extensive knowledge of the print, PR and advertising industry. An avid published feature writer, with an eye for design of all kinds, Delilah is all about creativity and is always in the know within the media world.

With a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Creative Industries, and Journalism. Delilah is focused on raising and transforming brand profiles, bringing high levels of creativity and enthusiasm to all that she does. Whether it’s developing new and exciting campaigns that deliver great results or building a brand’s story to showcase its background through media, Delilah’s passion and sincere dedication show through at every stage.

Experienced in crafting and implementing communication and social media strategies, Delilah knows the value of building strong relationships and has a confident and persuasive approach that secures piece after piece of standout coverage for her clients. Her love and eye for photography and design all allow for creative and unique social media campaigns and branding which, has seen her grow international brands on digital and print platforms.

With an astute eye for design, a love for events and zero percent fear of getting her hands dirty, you’ll never find her steering away from a challenge. Delilah’s creative drive means she’s constantly on the hunt for the next trend, especially when it comes to interior design, architecture, and fashion. Delilah believes she is an amateur wine connoisseur and loves a wine, and lots of Grey’s Anatomy.

Annie Standen

Annie brings knowledge of New Zealand’s tourism industry having spent her career at Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development in the role of Destination Media Coordinator and more recently Communications Advisor.

She has managed media campaigns and promoted Auckland as a destination to lifestyle, consumer and travel specific outlets such as Sunrise Weather Australia, Australian Financial Review, CNN Travel and Condé Nast Traveler. She is an expert in the field of building a brand for a destination.

Annie provides a nimble, proactive approach to the plans she executes and is at the forefront of hosting media and events whilst showing superior hospitality. She has an enthusiastic personality and believes strongly in the power of word of mouth as a fundamental way to build your brand. 

Originally from Australia, Annie is an adopted Kiwi and has fostered an incredible affection for Aotearoa. On weekends, you’ll find Annie in her active wear hosting Sunday brunches at her two-bedroom pad in Orewa for her boyfriend and friends.

Georgia Andrewes

Louise Delaveau

Louise is a passionate public relations enthusiast who brings knowledge in social media, digital design and communications.

As a third-year Bachelor of Communications Student majoring in public relations and minoring in advertising, Louise is a keen learner and lover of a good challenge.

Louise has an articulate eye for design and aesthetic, with a particular interest in fashion, interior design and luxury products. Louise joins us after three years of retail experience in a homewares and gift store, where she’s learnt the ins and outs of customer service and the value of understanding and building a brand’s story. 
 
Louise’s busy weekdays equate to chilled out weekends. Her typical weekends are filled with nourishing food from quirky cafés, road trips up North, or simply just a good book in a sunny spot.

Clara Ollat

Clara joins the Lily & Louis team from Lyon, France. She is a second-year business student at BBA INSEEC completing her degree in marketing and finance.

Clara has a passion for PR and marketing, with a particular interest in fashion and luxury products. With her creative flair and sharp eye for detail, she brings not only her marketing mind to the team, but her extraordinary design skills. A keen learner, Clara is enjoying the practical side of her studies, putting in all her newly acquired knowledge into practice here at Lily & Louis. In her downtime, she loves travelling and sports, particularly horse-riding and gymnastics, having competed in both sports at a national level.

Europcar and Volkswagen New Zealand took on an electric challenge to launch Europcar’s new fleet of rentable 100% electric e-Golfs. The team travelled from Auckland to Christchurch in five days, just over 1200km, with an average driving range 220km before charging.
